The project involves the reconstruction and conversion of the premises originally serving as fitness to regular office space. In general the refurbishment was associated with complex internal reorganization of the company and with the requirement to increase the number of working places. The object of the study was preparation of the spaceplan of the four floors of the building, in the first phase was realized only part of the 3rd floor. Emphasis was placed within the interior to improve the user standard and the creation of relax zones for employees. The proposal includes new sanitary core, common kitchen with consuming area, meeting rooms and open-plan office. Different types of custom inbuilt furniture were developed in the project.
