Company made a decision to move from historical building to modern office campus,close to the historical center of Prague. The former place was outdated with small offices, non transparent curtain walls and the company was divided in four floors. This organisation of the space influenced communication and social connection in such negative way. Company seeked new design embracing modern workspace environment. New interior was constructed with a major hall in the center of nearly symetric spaceplan. Meeting rooms are differentiated not only by color schemes but mainly by the way of using ergonomy of the furniture and best IT equipment which is helping to stay in touch with company branches worldwide. Connection being one of the most important change, we used a lot of transparent glass to remove all barriers, but in a way to respect privacy of all employees and acoustic comfort . After one year of cooperation on designing we still love to come on site and the best reward for us is to not only see but also feel the happiness of employees, who enjoy their new of ficess with an incredible enthusiasm.
