The proposed urban concept of hotel complex includes a requirement for completing the urban structure the Ruská street away from the city center and thus contributing to the completion of the currently disrupted street line of this street. The new designed object is applied as an element that will complete the currently non-compact horizontal line of buildings along Ruská street, which is being interrupted in the place of the area, but without massive volume that could compete with the existing object. The proposed solution will enable existing building Hotel Metropole with its corner tower and a bigger height compared to designed object to be the completion of the street line like a height accent what entirely blend with the unique architecture that forming the historical value of the city Marianske Lazne.
